Private Voyage Itineraries Bodrum - Gokova - Bodrum Itinerary DAY 1 Afternoon arrival in Bodrum marina to board Gulet. Briefing about the route and activities. After check in, free time until dinner on board. First overnight is in the harbour of Bodrum. DAY 2 While you are having breakfast your captain receives permission to leave the harbour from the Harbour Master. After breakfast and briefing it is time to sail to Alakisla bay. You will have an oppurtinity to visit the ruins of Bizantine village. Dinner and overnight is in Cokertme. DAY 3 Early start to Tuzla bay with breakfast and lunch at Tuzla bay. Dinner and overnight is in English harbour. DAY 4 Sailing to Sedir Island after breakfast. Explore an ancient city called Kedrai on the island on your own. Ancient theatre, church, ruins of necrapol houses can be explored on the island. The inscriptions which were found on the island serve proof that Cleopatra had lived on the island. The beach is called Cleopatra’s beach and the sand on this beach is very special. According to a legend Antonius ordered the sand brought by ships from north Africa. This sand can only be found in Tunisia nowadays. Dinner and overnight is in Karacasogut where the village is surrounded by pine trees. A trip to Marmaris can also be arranged as it only takes half an hour. DAY 5 To Ballisu bay after breakfast. Dinner and overnight is in Longoz. Here you may wish to go for a walk around the forest at night. DAY 6 Sailing to Kargili Bay before breakfast. Orak island is after lunch. Dinner and overnight here. DAY 7 Sailing to Pabuc after breakfast. Haremten bay is after lunch and swimming break. After tea and coffee service it is time to sail back to the harbour of Bodrum and overnight is in the harbour. DAY 8 After breakfast disembark Gulet in Bodrum. Highlights of the voyage The exciting night life of Bodrum, with its countless bars and restaurants. English Harbour - where a group of II World War British Torpedo boats are said to have taken refuge. Karacasogut's pretty village and close proximity to Marmaris (a half hour taxi drive away). Sedir Island, where Antonius and Cleopatra spent their honeymoon. Sand was brought from North Africa, a very special order by Antonius.
